Sounds great to me! I just e-mailed to ask if it is set up for the stock throttle body.

Marco knows what he is doing. I have seen what his intake minifolds do on DSMs and 40hp is normal for a fairly modded car. He's not some kid selling parts out of his parents basement. He build svery fast cars. Everything he builds, is proven on the track. No hollow promises about 1000hp unless he has done it. By the way, he has.

I recieved a prompt reply to my e-mail about the intake manifold and the possiblity of a full 2.4 liter swap instead of a 2.3 stroker kit.

I was informed that the intake manifold is set up for use with the stock throttle body and stock fuel rail. They have a full 2.4 swap in the works, but they are not putting it up on the web site until they have it perfected.

That manifold on DSM at full throttle tends to produce a peak tq of about 10 ft-lbs higher, at a lower or similair RPM(IE right when you reach full boost) and will go on to produce 30-40 more peak HP. Off boost power is diminished a bit, but nothing serious. However, I don't see the gains on the evo being quite that good. Your IM has runners a good 5 inches shorter then a 1g DSM, and ALOT of the gains come from the length of the runners.

But we will see.
