Lower ic pipe blow off?

So my lower pipe blew off the other day getting on the free way in a f ing blizzrd. I didnt want to be the guy fixing his car on the side of the freeway and get killed so I slowly putt putted off the next off ramp. Got it fixed and tightened for good this time but now it doesnt seem to pull as hard. Still hits 20lbs easily but my question is can you damage the turbo by going about 5mph with your lower pipe dangling???

No turbo is fine perform a proper boost leak test on the car

+1 Do it soon, because you are overspinning the turbo to reach 20lbs. Leads to premature turbo wear.
