I was recently stationed in Japan and got my hands on an Evo IV. The car came with an aftermarket atmospheric venting HKS which, with just my luck, doesn't work at all. I need to replace it and quickly. Other than the BOV the car is stock. I want a good recirculating valve that won't cause any problems with the stock setup. Where would be a good place to pick one up and what parts will i need (such as a recirc kit) to complete the install? I've heard great things about the synapse kit for Evo's but i'm not sure if it has to be welded or not. I need one that does not require welding and need to make sure i have everything required for the complete install. I would greatly appreciate any help you guys can provide. Thanks!
