I measured what I thought could be the maximum possible width and came up with 16" wide, 19" tall. This was on a car with a JDL twin gate t4 FF manifold with the dumptubes facing downwards. Not sure what you guys are thinking as far as core thickness goes but from all of the research I did and conversations back and forth with Griffin, C&R, Fluidyne, and a few others, I am thinking a dual pass, horizontal flow setup would work well. I was only going to use a 1.75" core though. Obviously shrouded with the largest fan possible. I have yet to decide on tank thickness mainly because of core options, but also because I am not sure of the pos/negs between a larger surface area and less coolant volume vs more volume and less surface area. With a larger core, it would be nice to fit a 14" fan on there but its unlikely with only 16" in width. The tanks would have to be smaller than normal.

I finally got one, I bought this very same one that this thread was about directly from "runthat", It's brand new never used after all this time lol!!!

This thing is awesome, I just need to source a drain plug and radiator cap for it!
