Ok cool I was looking at sheps website and it says in order to do the 5 speed conversion u need to purchase a new or rebuilt trans. Im not sure if the rebuilt is just sending in my old one? I will have to give them a call and find out.

 

i think every transmission is notchy when its cold. But it should go away after a few miles and its warmed up.
