You need to get someone who knows how to weld. I have used a welder a few times and I can do that. Looks like ****. Also pipes are pretty easy to work with and I don't see how if there are only 2-3 problems this thread is 70 posts long. Welp no RNR for me, My Vishnu may cost a little more but everything fits and works. Also why is there no close up's of your parts? Kinda like the ugly chick that looks good form 100 feet away.

I think the donut and springs help if the DP does not have a flex joint as it allows for some movement/flex. As for restriction I couldn't say if it does or not.

It does not restrict at all. It is there to make a seal for the downpipe so there is no exhaust leaking form the downpipe. It also doubles as the point at which allows the motor to flex such as a flex section on most other downpipes. It is in no way restrictive if you understand how the Evo o2 housing is designed. It slips over the outside of the piece that slides into the downpipe.

Actually our welds are very good. We use a nice Tig set up and everything looks professional. Here is a little something we are working on right now and if you don't think these are beautiful welds then there is something wrong with you.

That looks good, but man that intake pipe. Looks like it was in a fire or something.

Ya, Brandon hopefully that will happen. We will always be here so you know where to find us.

The dounut piece isn't used in a lot of downpipes. At least all the ones I've seen like ours, Buschur and another one whcih I forgot the name. The dounut isn't a restriction.

It doesn't really matter either way as we use a real 3" braided flex section anyway. There are even companies using this set up without a flex. I guess we will see if they hold up in the long run. It's to early to tell yet.

Brandon, I just want to get Barry's new system on there and move on. We do great work, but I guess I had something stuck up my *** LOL.

I also love the look of our new turbo backs that we are doing. We are using the Magnaflows now and they come out at an angle and look pretty sweet.

well im getting a 2nd car to be my lil hoopty to get me around, cuz the talon is gunna undergo a lot of surgery. i aint gunna go cheap on it, so imma do things right the first time with it, not get things ill regret, and im pretty sure i want that HKS muffler, so that's what im gunna get. so if u ever get pics of it on a 1g, lemme see man. also sumday i might have to ask u about getting a pte, but i mean i still gotta get a 2nd ride and other things, so imma quit talkin about what i wanna get "sumday" cuz that's gotta get annoying.

Sounds like your project is coming along nicely. Good you got all maintence and stuff out of the way. It is always good to get a back up ride when are going to do a lot of mods as the car is usually down. I love 1g AWD's because you can get them so cheap and they can be made fast so easily.

We haven't put a HKS muffler on a 1G yet. I am sure it would look killer and we would love to set that up for you. It would fit our jig and everything, but honestly we haven't had one requested because most of the 1g guys are on a strict budget.

Also the PTE's are great turbos. We buy all our turbos from PTE now and have had good success with them unlike Turbonetics. Ia m sure you have already heard through the grape vine how cheap we are selling the PTE's for. PM if you still need pricing.
