I had an excellent experience with RnR.

The service was excellent!

The product was great!

I wrote a short review about it here:

The picture that ME612 posted of the nice MAS pipe on the blue background is our pipe and picture from our site. I surely hope that RNR didn't use our picture along with our ideas.

We never used your ideas or pics. Our stuff is much better in my opinion.

Is the implication here that a pipe that goes from the maf to the turbo is your idea? Big claim, that.

Ya, it must be a patented design. It is a tough design to make a intake pipe that crazy.

I like our cold air intake much better. It is a more of custom set up.

What the hell is wrong with you two? When you post comments like that, openly attacking and taking cheap shots at another vendor, you are just showing how unprofessional you really are. It certainly doesn't help your already weakened reputation.

If you want to re-read the thread and see who started the slander, no one is stopping you.

Actually, why don't you re-read Buschur's post. The way I see it, his post is rather "neutral" as he is just stating the facts. He has every right to identify the pic of his own MAS pipe. He then simply says that he HOPES you're not using his picture and his ideas. Its a very smart choice of words and certainly more professional than your responses.

ok i think myself and Barry started most of the issues on this thread. I have cooled off a bit from how i originally felt, I have had good experiences in the past with Ryan's products for my eclipse. This is the first run of bad experiences i have had with him. I would say it was a pretty bad experience, but it seems that THIS WEEKEND Barry's issues will be finally resolved, and we will drive away from his shop happy with the new exhaust on. I hold no grudges as of now, just as long as everything gets resolved. I think this thread has gone on a lil bit too long, no new information has really been added in quite some time. I think everyone has vented what they needed to vent and we should all go on our merry ways. Sumone please lock this or sumthin, im sick of seeing it at the top of this forums list.

First, lets not treat me like Im some customer service reprasentitive for RnR.

Second. Dave's post says, I hope RnR's not using our picturesalong with our ideas

Thats treating a simple pipe as some sort of intellectual property, and accusing someone of stealing it.

Me, I don't own a buisness, I simply happen to have a RNR exhaust and IC on my car and enjoy them both immensely...I don't have to remain some sort of professional.

I will definitely post my results up on here when I get the new system. I know that I will be happy with it seeing the quality of work in his recent pics of his products. I am getting really anxious about it. I am seriously thinking of getting thier turbo kit in the future now.

People have a right to an opinion. Once I started having problems my opinion about RnR was very bad, but through my recent experience with Ryan and his high degree of customer service that opinion has changed.
