HELP! Delayed Throttle response between shifts

Hello forum members, I have an Evo 9 with basic boltons/tune - the car is great except for this problem. When I shift at full throttle and as soon as I release the clutch pedal, I have a delay in engagement/acceleration. It is not a worn clutch/slipping. The only thing I have done is adjust the clutch pedal to engage closer to the floor. I also have an issue with the clutch pedal sagging to the floor if not driven for a week. Could my hydraulic system be bad? I have no leaks.
Thank you,
Sam

cylinder slave, the clutch master, or a leak on the clutch line.

If there is no leak/fluid loss, and I have a sagging clutch pedal which should I change first?
Thank you,
Sam
