help please, combo of problems

Prelude: car worked fine. it got repo'd, i got it back, and it had center diff whine. I took it to a dealer, they took out the center and rear diff, said they needed replacement. (i was trying to get insurance to pay for this, they didnt) I took the car back from the dealer and put it back together. with:

TeamRIP rear diff rebuild 12 pack
MAP Beast mode rebuild with wavetrac

then, all together (i think) and driving, the ACD fluid has leaked out. It looks like some came out of the breather on top of the center diff, and maybe some came out of the yoke where the driveshaft goes.

Also, now having the "hard to shift into 3rd and 4th gears" problem. and sometimes 1 and 2 will seem to lock out. other times its smooth 1-2 and 5-6 and R. I need one new shifter cable clip, its missing off the top selector on the tranny, is that enough play to make a problem?

I havent checked to see if my 2 fluids mixed, the ATF and Gear Diaqueen, but there is a whine coming from the center diff area, just not as loud.

Rear diff only makes a shreiking noise when I get on it hard in a turn.

ALSO, after putting it back together, I realized my clutch is slipping, ok from stopped, but in acceleration about when the turbo spools up, i get slippage. T/O bearing makes a leeetle noise at idle.

Ive seen many posts with many different solutions, just want to know what to look for. No fluid leaking from the axles, they're dry btw.

thanks a ton, forum!

if the linkage cable is out of the fork youre gonna have problems with the gears, get the washer/pin so you can lock the cable in place.

update:

for the shifting, I disconnected the linkage at the trans where my cable attached, and manually shifted through all the gears. 3 and 4 are slow and hard to engage at the tranny, so this eliminates bushings. Is it inside the tranny? when I do the clutch I will change the fluid.

ALSO!

i pulled the fluid fill for the transfercase, and RED fluid came pouring out. I had filled it with the Diaqueen to the proper level, so the ACD fluid and gear oil must have mixed. How did this happen? is it something I can fix?
