Um, no. Online retailers are selling the Megan TBE for 669.95. Buschur sells his TBE for 879.99. Explain to me how you can "buy 3 Megans exhausts for the price of one premium exhaust?" The Megan system would be worth it if it actually was cheap, but it's not as I just demonstrated the cost is close to most other turbo back systems.

The Cobb exhaust is pretty much impossible to find since they stopped making it awhile ago.

I had the works turbo back system, it's an awesome exhaust and is pretty quiet too. I currently have a 3.5" ets downpipe back system with the aero turbine muffler, and it is by far my favorite exhausts. It's on the louder side for exhaust, it's pretty raspy but really deep, and hollow sounding at idle. When you are at wot, it sounds amazing and makes you feel like you are driving a true race car. My vote is for the ets system, or the greddy/trust rolled tip 80mm ti system if you can find one.

I'm kinda curious why one T-304 stainless steel exhaust would rust more/faster than another? Are the rust reports just from heavy snow areas with a lot of road salt that would rust ANY steel exhaust? My Megan has gone half a winter of DD'ing (along with rain in the spring after) without any rust.

Pieced it together but I paid $700 for every thing including the O2 housing. You can easily spend $1500+ on several different exhaust systems. When you go O2 housing back. All of it was brand new except the O2.

Titek cat back even on eBay is $1350. Add $500+ for the down pipe and O2 housing.

Tomei and Tanabe are both in the $1100 range for just the cat back.

OK some I admit you could only buy two and a half, but give me a break it was a generalization. Who are you the math police? You'll have to excuse me I only have a GED (good enough diploma)

FYI
Actually you demonstrated it is close to one turbo back system, not most.

My AMS turbo back sounds pretty mean although it's a tad on the loud side. It looks good too IMO.

Just make sure you order the washers for the DP...

900 dollars is the going rate for most TBE systems. That was implied as it's common knowledge.
