I Recently got rid of my injen intake that came with my IX to be replaced with the stock air box,and accordian style intake hose. I have read alot about intakes being worse in general because of the maf, but would it be an ok idea to have a custom made hard intake tube with recirculation pipe to the stock air box of the same diameter piping as stock? I'm sure this has been done,but I was also reading hard pipes can throw a CEL.

 

Dejon makes one, i am running it.. good fit and finish, bolts to stock or aftermarket turbo and stock air box. no cels, no probs
