Hi all i am doing a built 2.4l, with EVO 8 head in my 200 galant. For now it would be N/A i have seen various options for pistons. BUt i need peoples opinions on 9.5:1 pistons. Like which brand do you prefer and why?

 

You are going to get either ignored, or about 20 different responses here. You have very little detail about your build. IMO though, Wiseco HD pistons are the best out there hands down for whatever build you are doing. I have seen these take some very crazy abuse and keep right on going. Obviously, you need to pair them up with some good rods though. You need to be a little more informative as far as what you are doing.

 

Basically it is going to be a 2.4l block with 100m crank, Manley rods, ACL bearings, balance shaft delete, and ..020 overbore, with a stock EVO 8 head, and ported EVO 8 intake manifold. N/A for now wtih the turbo coming later.

 

dedto go for the wiseco ones with eitehr manley or eagle rods. Whichever i can get the best deal from
