800 whp build list?

Hey guys/gals,
So I've been thinking of what I would want out of my EVO for all out performance and I'm thinking more of a highway beast. 800-900 whp on kill. Not really into drag racing too much..maybe occasionally, don't wanna take away the comforts, like a/c, p/s and no cage. So I was thinking of what I need for a build to accomplish this, or at least get me close.

Current mods are in the signature.

My thoughts and correct me if I'm off base.
Header/turbo setup:
keep the stock, but port it. mitsu to T4 flange adapter
modified for ewg
71-74mm Turbocharger (PTE) ??
Race FMIC
Fuel, dual fuel pumps (aero 340's)
fuel lines
Injectors..now here's what I'm wandering, C16 race gas (1600cc's work?)
e85 (~2000cc's)
Fuel rail/ regulator
Cams: ???
If I built the motor..I'd go with a 2.0-2.1 (no stroker), parts: ???
tuning: ??? stock ecu?? Maf ??
Intake manifold: ??
Throttle body: ??

I appreciate the advice. Just getting an idea of how close or far I'm off on my thinking and my build list. Thanks guys!

do you have 20k to play with? if you do pm me i'll walk u through the key points.

ur mods is basically stock, you will end up just using your exhaust. you will need to build ur motor, trans, tcase since u have an 03. tripple disc clutch the whole 9 yards.
you will need a 3586, or 6765 for 800whp, 6262 for 700-750.

Lol I started off building my car thinking "How in the hell to people spend 20+ thousand on there cars" i can do it for way cheaper......well news flash...no you can't. Built trans, built T-case, triple disk clutch, Built bottom end, machining for built bottom end, head work, head parts....the list goes on and on and on.

hear that statement all the time no you cant build a good quality build for less. Now if your doing all the work yourself that will help for sure just know what your getting yourself into saying i want 800whp. thats 20000+ already down the drain never to return you can pay your car off or get another car or nice downpayment on a house etc. Now once its done its done and fun but if you have a choice then you might want to sit down and start adding stuff up all the little parts you are going to need to change to make this happen just remember if you decrease your power fiqures you can conserve some money but just know even if you sell you will still be out that 20000 you just dropped in the car.

My build that is finally nearing completion and will be around 800 on a mustang dyno:

RT 2.0 block
BR stg 3 head
Kelford 280 cams
Sparktech ignition
RT Intake manifold
Shearer FF HTA 3794 turbo kit
Custom 3" exhaust
Shep tranny
Shep t-case
I'D 2000's
BR double pumper
BR half-width radiator
BR race FMIC
BR intercooler piping
Tial 50mm BOV
RT mini battery kit
Prob forgetting something but its about 25k just in parts. It's also important to start upgrading other areas of the car once you get to this level. I have about 10k in other suspension, wheel, and brake upgrades as well.

the FP3794 will get you in the 800whp range
duel pumps for e85 and 1600 are perfect if you go race gas
kelford 272 or gsc s2
speed density
magnus intake mani
boomba throttle body
Built 2.0
Plus all the drivetrain parts Tranny, TC, driveshaft ect.
Its gonna cost you alot but as the saying goes "gotta pay to play"

ok guys, thanks for the reality check! LOL. So even on the street/highway these transfer cases and tranny's won't hold that amount of power , like say doing a roll on? Assuming you have a good clutch and not launching it hard? Ok back to the drawing board and I need more money. haha.

this sounds a little better...and then start saving for when the drivetrain parts break.

the stock stuff will last,im still on the stock t case personally....it all depends on how much you abuse it as to how long it lasts....there are alot of ways to get that much power....and you still need 20-30k,all the little supporting mods add up quick..
