What is this sound?

My car is making a loud fluttering sound once i let off the gas after boosting. I changed out my stock 8 dv for the metal stock 9 dv thinking that may help, but it didnt. Its been doing this for a while now, but not this loud. I really just want to make sure it isnt harmful... from what i can tell on synapse's videos online it sounds like flutterdump? but i honestly cant tell. how can i tell if its compressor surge? it sounds the same to me.

car is at about 350whp and only boltons (tbe, intake, licp, ams fmic, ebay o2, 9 dv) with an english tune at 22 psi

Make sure u check the coupling itself..not just tightening the clamp..cuz the couplings sometimes get cracked up and there u go...boost leak right there.
