Boost leak test...Problem?

I searched and found no useful info. I am tryin to do a boost leak test and it gets to ab 7psi and thats it, it sounds like most of the air is coming out the exhaust? I bumped the key to try to get the valves in a diff position, but it didnt help. Is my next thing to cap off the UICP at the TB? Thanks for any info

Or a compression test , could be a bent valve. Try pinching the VAC. line coming out the rear of the valve cover where the PCV is those sometimes get stuck open.

Boost leak, cap off turbo outlet line to boost controller.

Also maybe block off pcv line too.

You could remove the uicp at throttle body and plug that. Now you would be testing only the piping. But you could have leaks at the throttle body or injectors if you don't do a complete test.

Car runs fine, i dont think its a bent valve. I didnt cap the line off the turbo to boost controller. Ill try that and the PCV. This is beginning to annoy the **** outta me!

I capped the turbo outlet line and tryed pinching the pcv line beside the oil cap, but all my air seems to be coming out of my exhaust? Boost gauge just stays at .5bar...

EGR valve vac line is off.

It's underneath the throttle body attached to the drivers side of the intake manifold. There are two hoses. Usually it's the back one that comes off (and is the harder of the two to get to).

Both the EGR and the line that usually pops off is circled in red:

Thanks razorlab, that was it, I still seem to have the leaky TB shaft seals. Is ok to get my tune if these are leaking some?
