Question Backfire/Misfire Issues Throughout Rpm Range

The car mod list is as follows:

2006 Mitsubishi Evolution GSR
Ported Exhaust Manifold
Perrin FMIC
Buschur UCIP/LCIP
AEM Intake/TBE (no cat)
Cosworth M2s
Supertech Springs/Retainers
ARP Headstuds
SpoolinUp COP
1000cc Injectors

Car was tuned by Sean at FFTEC in Norcal on Jan 21st of this year and had no problems. The car started to breakup/backfire over a month ago and after installing the COP the car was running fine for a couple days. There was even a noticed change in idle, but after a few days the car started to backfire again. Mechanically I checked over the car, did a boost leak test and everything seemed to be fine, so I am kind of at a loss on this one. Sparkplugs were gapped all the way from .018 to .024 with no difference. Also, I noticed when revving up the engine in neutral the backfire is extremely apparent but after 2 or 3 more revs it goes away. Either way I have had no clean pulls; in full throttle there are a couple 'burps' or backfires throughout the rpm range, whereas easing on the throttle to redline there are no problems. Any input is greatly appreciated, thanks.
