I tried Denso and they kept expanding the gap some how. and misfiring

So I went to stock NGK's stock heat range and they work perfect..making 360whp on a mustang dyno.

Are these correct? Do they need to be gapped?

Yup thats them, yes unless you buy them pregapped maybe you could shoot MAP a message on here and ask if they can pregap them. Just remember when you gap these to not touch the electrode. not much to it at that point.

According to NGK Techs, the two plugs are the same except for two minor differences.
ILFR7H - OEM GAPPED AT .024" PLATINUM TIPPED ELECTRODE
LFR7AIX - SAME DIMENSIONS, GAPPED AT .028" (WILL NEED TO BE ADJUSTED) AND ELECTRODE IS NOT PLATIMUM TIPPED.
Difference is the OEM will last longer and will not need to have the gap adjusted. For a difference of $4 a plug, you can adjust the gap and change it at 20K, instead of 30K. Sparkplugs.com has both, I went with the LFR7AIX at $7.99 and just re-gapped them.

So the ones I listed above are pre gapped?

They should be gapped to .024", but should always check what you receive.

only gap those iridium plugs if you know what your doing. you can easily take the iridium metal off the plug if done incorrectly
