Bad idle, loud ticking (w/ video)
Thats exactly what my tuner was thinking, which is why I switched them back to stock however, the video was taken before I put the OEM injectors back in. After rescaling them to 513, I believe, and setting the voltage, it was still running pig rich.

Update: New MAF and coil packs installed, idle was unchanged however, the ticking sound wasn't nearly as loud. Had to really listen closely to hear anything. Nevertheless, I'm paranoid so I ordered a 2.3 shortblock from Buschur. This will give me a change to really have the engine broken down to see if there were any other underlying issues. Will likely replace the throttle body and cams as well.
Take some vacuum hose ..like 2 feet. While the engine is running put the hose in different spots around the engine and listen to see where it's louder. That should help you locate where the noise is coming from as you are listening with the hose. I had a bolt come out of my 02 housing and the gap was making a sound kind of like yours.
Good luck!
