Umm no.

Knock sensor wont work correctly after that, not needed for 11,000 rpm in our experience, no difference in power since they dont add anything to the valvetrain but noise. As long as the proper amount of oil is flowing to the lifter (i.e. using a Kiggly HLA) then there is nothing to worry about with hydraulics.

Aaron, do you ever run a restictor in the head as well as the kiggly?
They put restrictors (about 1.5mm hole size) in Nissan RB heads to stop the rocker covers filling up with oil

We havent had to do that one these motors, though I do know what you are talking about. The N1 stuff is 1.2 and then the 1.5 are the common (or I have it backwards) as it will pump the oil out of the pan and into the head. So far we have taken Jeff's motor to 11,500 without incident and the White car to 11,200.
