On the first pass on the dyno today i lost 4 lifters intake lifters due to having to aggresive a lobe on the cams, i know that JAM makes solid (mechanical) lifters but has anyone used them in a DD how often do you have to set the lash.

 

On what cylinders? Did the rocker arms come off as well?

 

2 on cylinder 1, 1 on cylinder 3, and 1 cylinder 4. The Rocker Arm came of on cylinder 4.

We pulled the head and there is no visable damage, we're going to check to see if we bent any valves/guides tomorrow.
