Start with a boost leak test. If your tuned for a certain amount of airflow, then you never want to push the limits past that point. It may be fine now, until you get a warm day or vice versa and kaboom something.

Uh, now I get it, duh! You have the BR inline MBC that is installed axially in the boost line. OK.

well I'm on a pretty safe tune I rarely get knock... even when the boost creeps up. I doubt it's a boost LEAK but I'll check it out...

Where is the boost controller at in relation to the motor? Changes in temp will affect the sping inside the MBC making it softer as it gets warmer.

Odd.. when I turned the mbc counter-clockwise 4 quarter turns (supposedly 4 psi) it went down 8 psi... so I turned it back up 2 quarter turns and it went up 4 psi... each quarter turn is supposed to be 1 psi in the buschur unit. Anyways, adjusted the mbc back to 21 psi

boost crept to 24 psi in 6th gear going up a hill... all was in the same weather

Would switching to an ebc fix this problem? Like i said earlier, I don't knock...

but my upper intercooler pipe did blow off the other day

awfulll smell hahaha... about 5k rpm in 4th gear around 80-100 mph I was like "finally!"

T BOLT CLAMPS HERE I COME!
