Hi all,

Couple of things. I noticed my AEM UEGO reading rich 10.00 boost so based on researching a number of threads it seams like this is an indication of leak.

so,
1. Replaced UEGO Sensor, mine was a few years old
2. Replaced PCV with new OEM PCV.
3. Vacuum line on side of EGR was off, fixed.

I'm running a test pipe with UEGO in front bung.

Boost leak test.

Here's my setup, hopefully this is correct method.




@ 20PSI I'm getting air coming out of open DV port



Any thoughts, thanks

 

Tightened up center spring. Holding good now.

@30 psi I get a leak @ DV flange seem.
