Transmission help

Well I was driving to Tennessee from North Carolina. Now my transmission feels really, really, really smooth. It never felt this smooth before. The transmission has 99k miles on it now. So I have a feeling it might be going bad. It doesn't grind and I don't have a hard time getting into any gear at all. The only problem I have with it is it feels way to smooth. I got the fluid changed recently with OEM fluid when I noticed how smooth it was to try to fix it I guess but it feels the same. Should I be worried? What could have caused the sudden new feel in the transmission?

I've recently discovered that I can move through 3rd and 4th gear easily by simply manipulating the under-hood shifter linkage where my solid shifter bushings are installed. When installing them about 8 or 9 months ago I don't remember being able to move them that easily but again that was a little less than a year ago so I very easily may be wrong. Could it be the clutch? I've also noticed the clutch doesn't feel a grabby when taking off normally as it use to. It's an Exedy twin disk and it's been in there for about 2 years now. But then again I'm not use to driving on hills and mountains or my mind is playing tricks on me and I'm just being paranoid.

No responses, no worries. I'm in the process of getting a BR tranny anyways.

If you have no complaints, not sure why you would be buying a new trans?

If it's not grinding and driving fine why replace it?
