lol @ hx55. You have left out some critcal information, such as expected usage of the turbo, stock location or t- series manifold being used etc. You pretty much need to give us a run down on what you have, for somone to predict what might get you there. An FP black would get you there, on the higher end, but your stock block would be hating life after a while. At the same time, a stock IX turbo on E85, and a generous dyno system will make you happy.

Stock block? Fuel type? Cams? Speed density? We need a tad bit more information buddy.

Honestly just about any bolt on turbo will be capable of 400-500 whp on E85. If you are running 93 octane you can make 400+ on the stock block but not much higher without stupid lag.

BBK-Full for ~400 whp with near-stock spool, HTA Green, FP Red/Black progressively gain flow at the cost of spool. I personally don't see the point of running an FP Black on stock block with 93 octane, because you can hit similar numbers without the lag. I recommend either BBK-Full or HTA Green.

Yea pretty much any upgraded bolt on turbo can get you into the hp range you want. Just gotta decide what kind of spool and lag you want on your setup.
