I'm about to order a RSR Full turbo back system with a UR High Flow cat.
Any one have anything to say about this system before i make my last decision to go with it. As of now my car is totaly stock. My next upgrade will probably be a EVC possiably HKS EVC V. If you have an RSR turbo back let me know what you think or tell me what you think about this setup.
thanks in advance.

No I'm getting a 3" downpipe that is RSR... I'll check again with the vender to make sure it is 3"

Didn't know RSR still made products for Mitsubishi. I had 3" exhaust for my GSX and it was awesome. Great build quality, sound and power.

I believe the RS-R's downpipe includes a cat delete section. So you wouldn't be able to run a high flow cat b/c the downpipe runs straight to the cat back. Also, make sure you don't get the mild steel downpipe.

RSR 80mm DP. Does anyone know if this DP has the stock falange? The reason I ask is because I have a custom 3" Cat back system with Apexi N-1 muffler. The cat back bolts up to my stock cat. I am going to replace the stock DP and cat with the RSR Dp and I want to know if it will bolt up to my 3" cat back... Hope they use the same falange.

Well, I confirm that the RS-R downpipe and cat-delete pipe are one pipe. I was at the a local that has and I seen it, plus the owner has it on his car.

I called RS-R about a month ago interested in their cat back system.
I was told that their 80mm cat back tapers down to 70mm to fit on the
factory cat.

You're OK in NC. In PA, that mild steel ain't going to last during our winters.Originally Posted by SMrider102

that is incorrect. the rs-r downpipe replaces the factory cat. also i believe this is an 80mm pipe all the way, like their exhaust.
I ended up getting the rsr cat back and the hks downpipe. Got some good numbers from that combo

I have the RSR downpipe in stainless steel on my Evo8. Clean cut quality, fitment is superb. It came with extension studs and nuts to make clearance for the tie bars but for some reason, the downpipe never needed anymore clearance on the stock tie bar location so I never used it. The downpipe is 80mm but tapers down to 70mm starting from 1 1/2 inch away from the flange connecting to the exhaust. It's a cat delete downpipe which means it's a one piece from the turbo to the cat back exhaust.
