Valve stem seals. Or a piece of something clogging your oil feed line.

Did you check for oil in the intercooler?

If the intercooler is full of oil from the previous turbo leaking, than its going to smoke until all of the oil is burned from within the intercooler, or someone cleans it.

ic pipe between turbo and icooler had more like oil film, it was not soaked or anything,

there is one stupid think i did and maybe it has any effect, on rear cover breather i put hose and it ventilates underneath engine and side breather is just plugged....

I'd also check the oil return line and make sure there's not a restriction going into the pan.

Connet the rear pcv "breather" back to the intake manifold! also take the plug off the side breather and run a line to the intake tube...your engine is building to much crankcase pressure.

Not valve stems. You mean valve seals, I think.
