Cylinder misfires

I was wondering if somebody could help me out, I'm completely lost at this point. I changed my oil and plugs over the weekend and went to start my car and it was only running on 2 cylinders. So I took the plugs back out and checked them, everything looked good so I put everything back and it did the same thing. The number 1 and 3 cylinders aren't firing and they don't share a coil so I don't think it's that. We checked the plugs and they're sparking, they were wet so they're getting fuel. Somebody said it could be a cam angle sensor so I got one of them and it's still doing the same thing. Any advice would be appreciated.

You broke your spark plug wires getting them off.

That's ALL you did? Changed the oil and plugs? Did you remove the wires? or just pull the boot off the plug?

Be sure that you installed the coils and wires back in correctly. Like in this pic:

Yupp that's all I did.. I just unbolted the coils and pulled the off and there's only one way they can go on with the length of the wires

Did you use dielectric grease so everything snapped back together as it should?
