weird vibration!

Just recently did full motor overhaul. That's installing head and timing belt on fresh Buschur block. I'm having very bad vibrations. They didn't start until after 120 miles. Everything was smooth. Now all of sudden from approximately 2800 rpms and up I'm getting very bad vibrations... This is when driving and even at a stop in neutral. I've searched and Only thing I've found was oil pump being 180 out.. I lined it up in time and it was fine for 120 miles. I also have ams balance shaft delete kit. So isn't the timing of the oil pump irrelevant?
What else could it be

Car is making me crazy.. any help is appreciated.

Oil pump timing means nothing with no balance shafts, if you got the AMS BSDK with turned down shaft it may be bent.

Haha, I wasn't thinking anything that sophisticated. I just thought what is big enough and spinning that could go out of balance and cause a "very bad vibration". I know clutches sometimes like to shed parts.
