ok will try and get some stuff together over the next month or so, can you confirm what i have takeen a picture off is the BCS and which pipes i would remove and join together to take it out of the loop. i think it would be just join the 2 on the left solinoid together?

if i put some pressure, say 20psi ito the nipple at the top of the wastegate actuator i should hear it click open right?

 

umm, yea thats it on the left from memory. It should open alot less than 20psi.

 

ok had a bit of a play tonight, taking the hoses off that solinoid and joining them dosent fix the overboosting, however taking a hose off the intake and connecting it straight to the wastegate does.

im not sure what to do now, is there a way to test the BCS? i would hate to think how much mitsi would charge for a replacement, only to find out that wasnt the problem
