I am also tired of eating up the front tires.I front diff would help that, and give the Evo better turn-in under acceleration/deceleration.

OK, Quaife UK really really swears that they sent the first diff out today (7/14). It will be through customs and at Quaife USA about next Wednesday, we should have it in our hands on Thursday next week (7/22) We have a car it is going in already lined up and there is a track day on that weekend and we'll do our best to break it.

Once it is in our hands we'll have pricing and lots of pics qnd install pics. Hang in there 'till then.

Our shop car currently has an unstrengthened EVO 5 front diff swapped in. So far it is holding together but we are easy on it knowing all the ones that have come apart.

Hey I'm in for a new transfer case. How much is the estimate T-case? How much is the LSD and how much are they combined?

 

Mike,
You guys should have the Quaife unit installed this week, correct?

I'm sure we all look foward to a review and update of the situation.

 

If you're going to be getting a new TC, perhaps you should just get one for an RS that already comes w/ a front LSD.

 

Yeah I know but it more cash. I hope someone comes out w/ a fix really soon.
