Shep T/C rebuild
Shep T/C rebuild
Hay guys
I currently have my T/C sitting at Shep about to get a stage 2 rebuild,
But i have just seen that there stage 3 is on special only $400 more then the stage 2 rebuild i am thinking while its there just get that?
My car is build for DD but also drag racing 1/4 mile and longer aswell as other track work. I will be putting down around 600whp / 500tq when im finished.
I have emailed shep aswell just thought i may see what everyone has to say.
Thanks
Shane

Since your car is going to be exposed to constant launching at the track, you might as well have the strongest t-case you can get. At least that way you never have to send it anywhere again and it will help you sleep at night knowing that you have strengthened the weakest link in your drivetrain. An extra 400 bucks is a small price to pay for more strength.

This shows the difference, i just had a look and if i go with the stage 2 + REM ISF then i would only be saving $200 on the stage 3 (has REM isf included), so at that pricing im 99% sure i will go stage 3 now.
I am just waiting for them to email me back with any down sides to the stage 3 upgrade over the stage 2 (i Cannot see it)
Cheers guys
