Anyone installed a Buschur air filter kit with the bracket?

Wow, that sucks. If they just made the bracket longer by an inch or so then you wouldn't need to do any of that. Screw it, I'm going to buy some metal this weekend and make my own bracket. I just don't feel confident removing that bolt for the intake piping.

Hey UFO, did you try it both ways? I just got done with the install myself and was able to make it fit just fine. The only issue I had was that the stock bolt was not long enough, but could easily be scavenged elsewhere. Hopefully a picture will help.

Wow, I installed mine on the opposite side, looks like the way I installed mine is a lot easier to get to, someone should try it.

I bought the filter awhile ago, and they didnt have the bracket. I kinda would like one, but wondering if i can get it from them, and if its gonna cost more. Anyone know .

they sent me one for free raced EvoVIII, and I purchased mine the week they made them forever ago, just call them up and I'm sure they'll send one out.

Really, by this do you mean on the side closer to the battery? I tried that while test fitting everything and it wasn't quite long enough to reach the mounting point on the side wall. Oh well, as long as it works and keeps the filter from rubbing.

yup that's all that counts, maybe they redesigned them to fit on the other side since I got mine.
