I would be interested in an O2 housing that keeps the waste dump sererate for about 18 inches then brings it back into the DP, (less turbulence and not the loudness of an external dump).

thats an interesting design. thats what most WRC cars do. we are currently working on a design that is similar and will bring it back in but due to limited space it will take a little more time for us to design a system that would be repeatable in manufacturing, idiot proof, and clear every single OEM obstacle. dont worry though we should have a set soon enough.

Yea!!!
I was at GT Fabrication about 2 weeks ago and both the people and the service are .
I had a chance to see the 3" o2, DP and exhaust. The 3" DP and o2 were really nice pieces. Both were stainless and tig welded.
The flanges were also really nice .5" laser cut. The exhaust was kind of basic. It was a test piece so it wasnt very pretty(mig welded steel). I was told the final product will be tig welded and stainless. I plan on buying both the o2 and DP in the near future.

Evo 7:
Piper rally cams. Pectel management, Gems pod, Albines gear change kit(not dog type), Proflex dampers, Ralliart Diffs, Stock turbo, o2, DP and fmic with UMS rally exhaust.

without coating we will be selling them for around$390 fully polished. (inside and out)
with coating add $50
i will probably give a substantial disount to the first 10 customers as soon as we are ready to sell these. as of now if anyone is interested give us a call and give us your information and we'll give you a call when they are ready.

i will post close-ups on all the welds and joints as soon as i can to give everyone a better idea of our fit and quality.

by the way MINE'S O2 housing is using the same diameter as the stock which is slightly under 2.25"

thanks for you interest.
