Cold Weather...

MAKES YOUR EVO RUN BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE stop trying to blame cold weather for ill performance. The colder the better for turbo cars.

Yeah, no kidding.

My Profec B hit 21.2 PSI this morning. I hadn't seen anything greater than 18.5 PSI prior to that.

Holy freezing weather. (8F here)

Ya no doubt , the other day I tried a 1/4 mile run with hks tt type-1 to see , cause I noticed very large surge in power in the cold 18 degree weather. I hit 12.4 with my little mods on my car. And this was on conti extreme , not very sticky. Might have had a little wheel spin but not much at all . At the end on the run I was at 109-111mph. Boost was 20.5 psi and 94 oct. And ive tested before with my tt to find it quite accurate , ei. wheel sensor and rpm matching. But I cannot guarrentee the results cause wheel spin is a big factor. She is just running very healthy

VICE VERSA...

HOT WEATHER makes your EVO run worse.

TEMP UP = Performance LOSS.
TEMP DOWN = Performance GAIN.

It's that simple.

colder air is more dense, thus better performance... now if I could only move all this ice on the ground.............

Yea except that the stock tires suck when it is this cold. I was leaving a friend's house yesterday and took a turn and gave it a little gas and I slid the car sideways. I counter steered it and gave it more gas, but I was surprised that these tires are that bad in weather under 35F (Guess the dealer was right).

Just be careful if you are running your stock tires
