e85 changes the game due to being knock resistant for the most part. You can run more boost and lower egt. The megan piece is not as solid and I wasnt happy with the installation bolts that come with it. The real problem with it is that there is backpressure with this housing and the turbo is choked up. I thought I'd be fine, but the dyno told me to come back and try again

Stock is obviously the worst. The megan unit actually works well, certianly better then stock although quality is an issue. The dump really help as they dump wastegate spent exhaust gases right into the atmosphere so boost control doesn't have to contend with exhaust gases and creat turbulance as well.

Then you have a full 3 Inch 02 eliminator which is the best period. 3 inchs right off a turbo and a dumo would really help in all areas.

yup i totally concur with what some guys say on here about mods, imo if i were in your situation first is get rid of the megan 02 housing, a lot of ppl experience boost creep issues with em, now you being on a BIG stock appearing turbo it might be hurting your loss as backpressure could be building up since it cant get out the exhaust fast enough. Second cams would be a good choice as you would see good gains, but imo since you have leaking throttle body seals, another 2 good parts you would see increases from would be a bigger intake mani or ported stocker intake mani and a new tb preferably 65mm tb since it will come with new seals. IMO with your fp black and your current mod list, the intake mani and tb will make as much power as the cams give or take. Also get rid of your meow, that should free up some flow.

I'll be sure to go with a testpipe, and swap exhaust man, tb, ported man, and dump. Ill need to monitor the smell because I dont want bad smells in the cabin. That's just not a win But noise on wot is fine. I'm sure I'm losing maybe over 70whp with all those fixes and 2 more pounds of boost to run at 29

alright guys that makes sense, i guess ill be looking into a dump, but the problem im finding is this, i found a thread on here where mikey (fp black record) was talking about how it has to be 3" right off the turbo flapper otherwise you will have boost problems, but every dump i see is 2.5?? it has about 1.5"s of 3" pipe then goes down to 2.5....do u guys think that really matters?
