Bad Mount and "Death Whine"??

Bad Mount and "Death Whine"??
Hey guys, I need some input. I have a high pitched whine coming from the front of the car during acceleration, it gets slightly louder as I pick up speed. Then I have another whine when I get up to speed that comes from the rear, which i believe is normal for AWD?
Also, when i accellerate slowly, sometimes the car will shake and kind of jerk along until i let the clutch completely out, like it might have a broken mount. And no it is not a shake like i am about to stall
. Any input would be much appreciated!
