dynomax vt installed.. love
Yup, another satisfied dynomax vt user. Gave me the quiet I was looking for, and growls when I get on her. Extremely quiet during cruise and idle .. also this is with ti piping flangeless testpipe
Most reviews say the muffler rattles because of the valve. It appears you are not having this problem. Please keep us posted after a three month period. I would like to try it, but most people get the rattle. Maybe they finally fixed it.
I hear the pulse of the valve slightly.I do have cams. I just couldn't deal with the ti muffler anymore. I wanted to be able to warm my.car up with out waking up and pissing everyone off.. not to mention cops are on that stuff around here...
Pictures I can get, sound clip I won't attempt I don't have a Mic worth using.

First a description of install :
Removed downpipe, BR 3"
Cut flange for 3" gasket from downpipe
Exhaust shop bumped 3" pipe to slip fit over br downpipe. I didn't do anything but have them bump it for 3" and the br dp is a normal exhaust sized pipe
Cut flange off of magnaflow titanium catback for stock style donut. This allowed 3" exhaust piping to slide in perfect with no other modifications . I slipped the 3" pipe about 8-10" in and felt no need to clamp it at this point.
Then removed ti muffler and determined that 6" could be.cut from ti.piping to allow the vt to fit behind the usdm bumper .. added a short length of pipe to the vt to allow it to exit from the bumper.
No gaskets to leak and allows for complete disassembly of the exhaust.
I'll be using springs to hold the dp to the test pipe, but for now, basic 3" clamp.
