Please help. Random Knock.

Good afternoon everyone. Like the title suggests I am having issues with random knock.
I am unsure if it is phantom knock or real knock. I will list my mods to see if that helps you guys get an idea.
*Apexi Air intake
*ETS 2.5 hard pipes
*TurboXS front mount
*HKS 272 cams
*Spoolin up COP Kit
*FIC 850cc injectors
*Halman Pro MBC
*Megan O2 housing
*QTP downpipe with electronic cutout Version 2
*Cobb Test Pipe
*HKS Hi Power catback
*New Throttle body shaft seals
*Tuned for 24lbs by CBRD (when Chad tuned the car he noted that it seemed knock prone under the lower rpms).

I have done a compression test all four cylinders show 153psi.
I have done a boost leak test up to 25psi with no issues.
The knock is always around 2,500rpm-3500rpm and about 150-160 load. The knock doesn't always happen.
I have tried messing with the timing and fuel many times.
Some times at an idle I get a rattle of my exhaust rubbing against something...could if be doing the same while I am partial throttle and it is sending a false engine noise signal to the knock sensor? When the knock occurs I do not feel and performance reduction or hesitation.

Please give me your ideas/thoughts on what I can try to determine the state of this knock.
Thanks for your time.

what amount of knock counts are you seeing?

the 4G63 is prone to that area being a little "noisey" the concern is whether its pulling ignition advance-

I dont recall all the details (we do lots of tunes yikes)-

cheers

Not going to chime in on the tuning part. If you have an aftermarket rear sway bar look and see if one of the bolts is hitting the exh. pipe one of mine was, drove be nuts.

I get random knock @90 load 2-3 times a week nbg. I'm know cbrd's tuning is silky smooth just make sure you aren't jumping timing too much. And Maybe its some really noisey lifters?

@ Chad- It ranges from 1-4 counts of knock. I havent noticed anything as far as it changing the ignition advance. I will do a data log tomorrow after work and see what I find out. It is never the same and never quite in the same spot. Most of the time it doesn't knock. I am in no way assuming its the tune or pointing fingers, I was just hoping for some help identifying the cause. I am very happy with the tune I have it is very smooth all the way to redline...even with the random knock.

@b16a- I have thought that it may be lifter noise because mine make quite a bit of noise under low rpms/idle. I have bled them again to make sure they are where okay after the cam install...but that was a while ago.

I appreciate the quick reply's. I am sorry I was not around a computer to get back to you guys sooner.

Sorry I was not able to do the logs yesterday. i ended up having to work a double so I didn't get out until 11pm. The joys of working for the state police lol.

I am seeing anything from 1-4 counts of knock. It is never the same and never quite in the same spot.
