Help picking parts

Hi guys, need some help picking parts to stroke my Evo7 to 2.4ltr. I'm aiming for around 500-600bhp what crank, rods, pistons would you recommend?

I have been looking at Manley crank, would the forged crank suffice for my power goals or should I be looking to buy the Billet version?

As for rods, H beam or I beam?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Surely someone has built a 2.4 before and could recommend to me what parts to use?

Put some effort in yourself and use the search function or learn what parts are needed, there is info everywhere for similar questions

Maybe i'm just crap at using the search function but I couldn't find what i'm looking for. Best way to learn is to ask! Hence i'm asking people for my power level should I be buying a forged or billet crank and as for rods, H beam or I beam???

If your doing it yourself

If you want it done right.

If you already have the block and crank just use the oem crank. Why waste money on something you already have.

H Beam Rods < 600whp < I Beam Rods
