Sorry for the boring post but I need a dp and test pipe and the Megan dp is 150 bucks. I also know their exhausts hold up well in all seasons and as long as its full 3", the brand really doesn't matter they all do the same thing. Is this a full 3" or???
If they advertise a full 3" DP then I would assume it is. If you want a double verification, confirm it with a vendor on here whom you purchase the parts through. I also suggest a Megan 3" resonated test pipe (I like mine).

Ok thanks. I wont mention names. And I am going with a stainless test pipe and my Buschur Bullet cat back I already have. Doesn't the resonator pipe quiet it down? I've been driving with just a cat back and its barely louder than stock. I'm hoping the DP and test pipe will make it sound a little better along with function

I think they might have been referring to the Megan O2 housing, which is about 2.5" on the outlet side. Stock is about 2.3". Got an Invidia now and it's 2.9 inches. I have a megan dp and it looks to be 3" as it matched my perrin high flow cat. I've never actually measured it though.

Yea I know the Megan manifolds arent very good. But really a 3" dp is what it is, brand isn't really gonna make a difference. I would rather buy a BR dp and tp to go along with my catback. Pure Evo you have a PM
When I did my exhaust, I installed all three parts separately so I can comment on the sound changes. The test pipe is far and away what changed the sound the most for me. Cat back was a bit deeper, downpipe wasn't much of a change on top of that, but then test pipe (Megan resonated) was a huge change in volume.
