Oil in the Spark plug cover area

I'm having a oil leak in the spark plug cover area and I found it to be the third spark plug thingy(sorry I don't know to much about car parts and the names) but what would be the best thing to do to fix this?

There is a rubber gasket under there. It might be time to replace it or the bolts around there may need to be tightened up a bit. You don't want to over tighten them though. It's pretty easy to pull off the valve cover to get access to those gaskets. They look like this.

How many miles on the car? More than likely, you need to replace the spark plug well gasket at that location. You can purchase them separately from STM, HERE. You'd be better off getting the valve cover gasket and all four at the same time, rather than just replacing the one.

Edit: evilempire beat me to it

I'm new at doing the valve cover gasket and I've tried searching for a how to guide on the evo ix on how to do a installation on the valve cover gasket and gaskets for the plugs but couldn't find any. Know where I could find a guide for it?

Best directions I can find. I haven't found an official how to. Probably could make one, but it's pretty straight forward.

It's more than likely the spark plug tube seal...seems to be a leaky part on the 4G63.

Could it also have something to do with crankcase pressure? If I remember correctly, there is a small tube near the oil filler cap that looks like some kind of vent. It is on the inner part of the valve cover.
