Oh ok, from the looks of the Buschur DP you do have to remove the donut. Just pry it off with a screwdriver!

Here is the donut I was talking about. It comes off the O2 housing with a little elbow grease!!

Nice.. good investagation work there... Still havent seen if this solved his problem, he's probably out in his cold garage trying to pry it off....

Thanks fellas. It looked like that donut was part of the o2 housing, but I got it off and it fits perfectly now. I appreciate all the help, I don't know what I would do w/o evom sometimes.

Don't know, did you order the HK$ exhaust or just wondering... I think I might have seen someone with an HK$ exhaust somewhere here on the board, try a search.
