Downpipe Bolts

so just put on my downpipe today. The stock bolts to the O2 housing are those springs bolts as I am sure many of you know. I didn't reuse them, I just used solid bolts. After getting everything together I realized I maybe should have used them however on accounts of engine shift. Anyway should I take my bumper/splitter back off just to put those bolts in or am I fine without them? Could the soild bolts break? and please don't give the reply of you always have this risk... just should I or shouldn't I?

I've been using solid bolts for a few yrs now and never had any problems.
