I changed my water pump at 100000 miles when I did timing belt #2.
What a waste of time it was to change, it looked perfect and took me an hour to cleaning the damd gasket material off and the smell of antifreeze in your hair and skin all day.
Should have let it stay on.

Thanks guys. By the way I have had 5 dsm"s from 1st gen to 2nd gen and now an Evo. From 300hp -to 700 in my 1st gen. Just wanted an opinion. I built all of them so have a lot of experience in breaking and blowing things. Money wasnt an issue,later.
