Question wrist pin pressing in/out question

when the pin is pressed out from some aftermarket pistons/rods (CP, wiseco etc.) how safe is it for piston roundness when applying pressure on pin and using one of side of piston as supporting point

and the second question, how wrist pins are pressed in aftermarket rods like Eagle/Manley H beams, with just regular method of heating rod small end ?

^ oem rods have a pressed in pin.

most = >99% after market rods are a clearance fit of ~0.0008" clearance & are retained in the piston by clips of some type. i dont think anyone is using buttons.

^^

as I've understand from above post when assembling say wiseco piston with eagle rod, the pin isn't pressed in rod, it's just retained in piston by clips and and the rod floats on pin ?

doesn't press in.. you don't heat nothing up.. im a noob and i even know that. the wrist pins held in by clips like Aby said.

stunt2 he already answered your question above your post. the stock setup is the same way.. u can move the pin side to side alittle.. its not stuck inside or fixed like you think it is.

I'm not thinking that pin is stuck in piston and know that it moves. I'm asking if the pin moves inside rod small end as well. on stock setup I know that it doesn't
