Also make sure the idle screw is not all the way in. its in the throttle body.

If you push in the clutch while coming to a stop and it dies, it's most likely the IAC valve. Just something to try.

On my DSM, I had the vent hose that goes from the end of the valve cover to the intake fall off at the intake nipple and until I found the errant hose I had problems with startup.

What is your current mileage?

I have read IACs tend to go every 100k miles. Boost leak could also be an issue.

did you try fine tuning your idle setting in ecuflash? It might be the case.

If your fuel trims are in check and the BISS is setup correctly try replacing the IAC.

Cranking enrichment is also another thing to try in the ECU. Your tuner should know that if he tried everything already.

I'll try set the idling on the BISS,and just wait for the IAC to arrive.Hopefully then it will be sorted.

Please update once you have tried and found the solution. Therefore other people can also use this as a troubleshooting guide somewhat.
