Forged engine noise and false knock

Hi.

Last year I rebuilt my engine and began the tuning process. Ended up interrupting it because of an idle issue - new tb and iscv on the way - and some odd knocking. Knowing I´m using 95oct gas there´s no way an engine would knock with 11psi boost, the correct a/f and NGK BPR8ES plugs. Also I´ve got a brand new COP system. Basic engine mods:

4G63 block, BS delete, oem crank, carrillo rods, ACL rod and main bearings, ARP main and head studs, JE Burschur Spec .040" pistons (0,10mm clearance). Stock head with GSC beehive springs and Kelford 272 cams. All new parts, belts and etc.

I bolted a VW knock sensor to the block and started listening thru my notebook. I used this as reference:

Comparing to that "video" my engine is much more noisy. Is there a recording of a forged engine anywhere? Would a forged piston make so much noise the knock sensor would get false knocks?
