car not boosting more than 19psi

hey guys,
I am having some problem with my evo8, its not boosting more than stock boost.
This problem only begin recently after my car was tuned. Here is the mod list:

02 helix housing
255 walbro pump
3" tbe
3" ultimate racing hfc
Hallman mbc
smc meth kit
nkg 1 step colder plugs
K&N intake

Car was boosting up to 25 psi on dyno and the problem seems to begin the day after. The boost controller and bov was swaped out but car still wont go pass stock boost. Is there something we r not checking here? Please any suggestions would be appreciated.I am not sure if is the turbo cause car has 38k miles on it and i see no signs of smoke from turbo or anything like that.

Do you happen to know how to increase the spring pressure on your adjustable WGA?

I'd take it back to your tuner, or like stated above the vacuum lines could have been misplaced. check all connections and make sure nothing is loose

hey guys got it fix.It was the boost gauge hose that was locked off mistakenly with a tigh strap.
I had someone helping me with my meth kit and they mistakenly caught the boost gauge hose with the tigh strap so the car wasnt reading proper boost.now i had to turn down my boost controller.

vacuum reads correctly at 20 when at idle and car peak at 28 and tapers to 26 psi.

dohh thats not good to be cranking up the boost and it's actually a lot higher than it reads. "Man this thing is pulling pretty good for 19 lbs of boost and running rich for some reason". hmmmmm lol
