Is it worth upgrading ?

A friend of mine is selling a gt2871r and is offering it to me for a good price since I have been helping him with his car. Right now the Evo I'm purchasing has a td05-16g turbo on it rated at 520 max cfm. The gt2871r is in the 600cfm park. Will this turbo be worth buying to upgrade or should I spend my money else were? So far the car has 272 springs valves ported exhaust mani turbo back exhaust intake tune hard pipes exc.
I will have to change over to a t3 flange also :-/ to make this gt2871r work. If I go t3 will it be worth it with this turbo? I was told the current setup made 330awhp and the gt2871 is rated for 400awhp. Sorry for a long post

I would say not worth it. Maybe if it was bolt on. But to have to go t3 in order to get hardly any more gain in hp is not worth it at all.

Not at all! Just get a nice stock appearing turbo.
