Unhappy Leaking from transmission bottom

I noticed a leak coming from transmission bottom. panel.
Its coming from that black plate on the right side of the transmission in this picture. (This is before it was damaged)

front of it is a little smashed and dented in, causing the leak. whats the best way to go about fixing this? would i need a new transmission housing? i know that i would need the transmission plating on the bottom. has anybody experienced similar issues from bottoming out and hitting a rock with the transmission?

you can see the dents here. i hope its just the cover thats damaged.
does anybody know of a part number for the cover?
is there a gasket under this?
and lastly
are the screws only holding the cover in place or is it part of transmission i shouldnt be touching?
lmk!

Well, I never had the cover off. Looking at the manual it appears nothing falls out and no gasket. Apply RTV and allow to set for about an hour before filling case with oil.

If you are leery of giving it a try, this should be a simple fix at the dealer.
